I have an original painting done by Ismael Antonio Tercero Ruiz and I am wondering if he is still painting and if so what may his paintings be worth today. He was born in 1984 in a town of San Marcos Nicaragua. He studied painting from a professional painter but he named no name of that person. Does anyone know of this artist

This is a must see for any art lover. I had the opportunity to visit in June of 2013 and they were showcasing some awesome works by emerging contemporary artists.

One of the highlights of our month in Nicaragua was our visit here in June, 2010. A presentation of art on a caliber one would expect in Europe, not in poor Nicaragua. The setting is special and worth a visit in its own right, being the former home of Nicaraguan presidents when Leon was the national capital.

Most tourist guides are unaware of the world-class exhibition of Rembrant pen-and-ink drawings in this museum. There would be line-ups to see them in major cities around the world. We travelled with another company and were told that the gallery only had "modern art", Luckily we wondered in late in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Hello,

I am trying to find out more information about the actual Foundation.

Would you be able to direct me to a contact or site?

    Thank you.

I visited the museum while in Nicaragua and was absolutely delighted with its contents. There were 4 Picasso's and I would like to know the titles of the 4 pieces. If you would be so kind to forward this information, I would be very grateful.
