Although we didn't stay at the hotel, Fred met us at the main dock, led our group to his place, and fixed a fantastic meal for 15. Fresh (and I mean fresh - as in just purchased from the boat of local fishermen) snook steaks in a tomato base, fresh shrimp in a garlic-type sauce over pasta, rice, and salad. Ate way too much, but thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I would highly recommend a visit to Casa Ulrich if you get anywhere near Pearl Lagoon.

Fred is the best chef on the east coast! First class operation all the way.
