The hotel staff is very friendly and ensures that all guests are completely comfortable during your stay. Hotel Casa San Martin has a bed & breakfast feel and is a GREAT bang for the buck! It is centrally located along one of Granada's main streets within walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Granada, Nicaragua! EnJoY

The perfect place to stay in Granada. When no one had water in Granada...we did...and it was hot! When no one had electricity..we did and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The friendly staff and cleanliness made it our "home away from home". A great location with many eateries out front. Thank you to Sherman and the rest of the staff for making our visit to Granada so memorable.

It was a wonderful experience visiting Granda this past summer is great city, But the hotel Casa San martin made it even greater because I felt the real experience of living in colonial times, of course with modern 21 century guest accommodations, the staff and service was outstanding, and the location is just right at the heart of the old colonial city, walking distance from all attractions and everything, perfect place to be in peace, if you enjoy culture and historical arquitecual buildings and of all things you fell safe and very welcome. I will shure be back and I most recommend this hotel to just any one who want to experience the real good things in life at a great value. Luis Miami Florida.

Description

Casa San Martín is located in a colonial house from the early 20th century. The building was remodeled in 1999 and, in 2004, was converted into a small hotel. The house is decorated with antique furniture, plants and Nicaraguan paintings and art.

The establishment is conveniently located in the famous street of La Calzada. Therefore, a great number of restaurants, touroperators, entertainment places and Lake Cocibolca (or Lake Nicaragua) are situated few steps away from it.

There are two types of nicely decorated double rooms with private bathroom, hot water, air conditioning and cable TV. The only difference between them is the size. All prices include continental breakfast and taxes. Triple rooms are also available as well as rooms without air conditioning at a lower price.
