'Rio Escondido' hecho por scodo


Descripción	Hello, I want to share some pictures of the Rio Escondido. I have been here about half a year ago, and I have done a trip from the small town El Rama to Bluefields, at the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua. The Rio Escondido is a relatively unknown river, and there are not many people who know how nice the place is. Not only is is an easy way of getting to the Caribbean coast, but you can also see some very cool things along the road (or better: along the river). Anyway, here is the first picture. These are some boats at the little wharf of El Rama. There are a lot of pangas (small boats) that travel up and down the river, connecting El Rama to Bluefields. The boats leave once there are enough people. You can also rent a boat for yourself, as long as you pay the same amount the 11 or so people would pay if the boat is full. This is also an option if you are with a large group. The advantage is that you can just ask the captain to stop the boat anywhere along the river.
